For customers in the United States and Canada, you can expect your orderto arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. After placingyour order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number soyou can monitor your shipment's progress.
If your order is lost during shipping, HIPPSC team will file a claim with theshipper on your behalf, but cannot be held liable for the lost order. All ordersare shipped with full insurance to cover your loss. If your order is damagedduring shipping we highly recommend you notify the delivery agent (UPS,FedEx or DHL) prior to accepting it.
